What does “bienenfreundlich” mean?
The term asserts a positive contribution to protecting bees or pollinators. As a general environmental claim the EmpCo Directive requires concrete, recognised and publicly accessible evidence, for example on ingredients or effect. Without a robust basis and a clear reference the advertising is misleading.
