What does “emissionsarm” mean?
The claim asserts low emissions without always naming which substances and which reference frame are meant. As a general environmental claim the EmpCo Directive requires concrete, recognised and publicly accessible evidence over the relevant life cycle. Without a quantified basis and reference point the advertising counts as misleading.
Why this term is risky
